18th Annual WoundHSI Conference – November 14-16, 2020

The Peter Sheehan Diabetes Care Foundation (PSDCF) is a non-profit organization created in 2015 to honor Dr. Peter Sheehan’s legacy and his mission to tackle the global diabetes epidemic. PSDCF unites research organizations, health systems and industry companies to spur innovation for improved treatment of diabetes and its complications, educate patients and health care professionals, and convene scientific leaders to advance research.

PSDCF is organizing the 18th Annual Wound Healing: Science & Industry (WoundHSI) Conference, taking place in New York City on November 14-16, 2020. WoundHSI is an annual conference focused on updating health care practitioners on emerging technologies, scientific breakthroughs, and novel clinical approaches in vascular surgery, peripheral interventions, and amputation prevention.

PSDCF is pleased to offer Travel Grants to HCPs-in-Training, including graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, clinical fellows or junior faculty who are conducting basic, translational or clinical research relating to vascular surgery, peripheral interventions, and amputation prevention. This grant helps to defray the cost of travel and registration fees to participate in all activities at the WoundHSI Conference (interactive sessions, workshops, panels) that will advance their education for improved patient care.
